How to use the advanced management method, improve the level of technology and management, is one of the major problems in the world today. In this paper, through the ASP.NET and Microsoft accsse2003 as developing tool, using object-oriented programming methods, set up two aspects of design and its development mainly includes the backstage application and maintenance and development of front of the application, which realizes the automatic management of rental housing system and information. Housing lease management is a trivial, complex, very detailed work, the basic information on housing, customer information management, the management of rental housing, fees and statistics management, generally do not allow error, if a manual operation, must fill in a form by hand, it will spend a lot of staff time and energy.
