建筑施工企业风险和防范措施 　　摘要：建筑施工行业是一个高风险行业，风险管理与控制的成败直接关系着建筑企业的生存和可持续发展。总结阐述了建筑施工企业存在的主要风险，并从投标阶段、合同签订阶段、施工阶段及维修阶段等方面就如何防范风险进行了探讨，同时提出了施工风险管理与控制措施。 关键词：建筑企业；施工风险；风险管理；防范措施 Abstract: The construction industry is an industry of high risk, risk management and control is directly related to the survival of construction enterprises and sustainable development. We have summarized the main risks in construction enterprise, and the bidding phase, contract stage, construction stage and repair stage and other terms are discussed so as to prevent risk, and put forward the risk management and control measure
