Duties of the Entrant … 进入者的任务 ** Has obtained all the required training for confined space entry and use of personal protective equipment and monitoring 接受过所有必须的培训，包括密闭空间进入以及个人防护用品和监控设备的使用 ** Performs the assigned task 完成指定的工作 ** Knows the permit requirements 了解工作许可证的要求 ** Wears protective clothing and equipment 使用防护服和相关设备 ** Uses and attends to monitoring equipment 使用监控设备 ** Pays attention to their own physical reactions and behaviors 留意自己的身体反应和行为 ** Maintains communication with attendant 与看护人保持联络 ** If the entrant senses any reaction to the environment, he or she should signal the attendant for assistance, and if necessary, leave the confined space immediately. 如果进入者对环境有任何不良反应，必须向看护人发出信号，请求帮助。如果必要的话，应立即离开密闭空间。 The Attendants primary responsibility is the safety of the Entrant. They can not perform any other task or job while acting as the Attendant. Also, they must be trained.
