柴油机曲轴的失效分析与研究 【摘 要】本课题主要介绍了失效分析的基本概念，失效的主要来源以及模式﹑常用的失效分析方法及技术和失效的系统分析方法。失效分析技术哟感官检查诊断技术﹑痕迹发现技术﹑断口和裂纹分析技术﹑化学成分分析技术﹑性能测试技术﹑无损检验技术﹑宏观残余应力测试。本文举例说明对柴油机曲轴断裂进行了分析，分析结果表明该曲轴材料的冶金缺陷是导致疲劳裂纹在正常工作应力下过早形成的原因。同时轴颈表面硬度不均匀，淬硬层分布不是十分合理；在工作过程中润滑条件较差，促进了曲轴的早起断裂。 本文还利用系统分析方法中的故障树分析法描述了轴类零件断裂的各种可能原因，在工作过程中所受到的载荷进行了系统的分析。为曲轴断裂诊断知识的获取提供了实际知识库挤出。 【关键词】曲轴：过热：过烧：断裂：故障树分析法：知识库：失效分析：专家系统：系统分析方法 【Abstract】pick this issue introduces the basic concepts of failure analysis, the failure of the main source and pattern, common failure analysis method and technology and the failure of the system analysis method. Failure analysis technology, sensory examination diagnosis technology, traces found technology, fracture and crack analysis technology, chemical composition analysis, performance testing technology, testing technology, macro residual stress test. This paper illustrates the diesel engine crankshaft fracture were analyzed, the analysis result indicates that the crankshaft material of metallurgical defects lead to fatigue crack under normal working stress early formation causes. At the same time shaft neck surface hardness, hardening layer distribution is not very reasonable; work in the process of lubrication condition is poorer, promoted the early fracture of crankshaft. This paper also uses the method of system analysis in fault tree analysis of shaft fracture describes the various possible causes, work in the process of the load is analyzed.
