同步放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌疗效观察 【摘要】 目的 探讨同步放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效以及患者接受治疗后的耐受性。方法 75例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随即分为两组，放化疗组37例和单纯放疗组38例。放化疗组采用放疗同步顺铂加氯尿嘧啶化疗，观察两组的临床疗效以及患者的不良反应情况。结果 放化疗组总有效率是78.3%（29例），单纯放疗组总有效率是63.1%（24例），两者的差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。放化疗组3年生存率是59.4%（22例），单纯放疗组3年生存率是39.4%（15例），两者的差异同样具有统计学意义（P0.05）。放化疗组的患者不良反应高于单纯放疗组，但经过对症处理后患者均可耐受。结论 同步放化疗可以提高晚期鼻咽癌患者的局部控制率和生存率，患者可以耐受不良反应，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 同步放化疗；单纯放疗；晚期鼻咽癌；耐受性 doi：10.3969/j.issn.1004-7484（x）.2012.08.059 文章编号：1004-7484（2012）-08-2458-02 Clinical observation of Concurrent chemoradiotherapy treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma FENG Ya-lin，LIU Wei-ming The first Chinese people’s Liberation Army eight one hospital（Guilin） oncology， Guangxi Guilin 541002 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy the efficacy of the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after treatment tolerability.Methods 75 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into two groups，radiotherapy and chemotherapy group of 37 cases and 38 cases radiotherapy alone group.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy group were treated with radiotherapy Synchronous cisplatin chlorination uracil chemotherapy，and observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with adverse reactions.Result Radiotherapy and chemotherapy group，the total efficiency is 78.3% （29 cases），radiotherapy alone group，the total efficiency is 63.1% （24 cases），both statistically significant difference （P 0.05）.Chemoradiotherapy group 3-year survival is 59.4% （22 cases），radiotherapy alone group 3-year survival was 39.4% （15 cases），the difference is also statistically significant （P0.05）.Patients with adverse reactions to radiotherapy and chemotherapy group than the radiotherapy alone group，but after the patients in the symptomatic treatment could be tolerated.Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve local control and survival rates of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma，the patie
