基于PPP(公私合作)模式天津地铁融资建设模式探究 　　摘要：本文通过研究地铁项目的基本属性入手，探讨以公私合作的多元化经营模式，力图解决地铁建设的融资难题。本文结合天津地铁的发展现状及方向，分析研究天津地铁项目多元化融资的必要性，在此基础上探讨了天津地铁PPP(公私合作)融资模式的构建。 关键词：地铁;多元化融资;PPP(公私合作) Abstract: In this paper, the basic property of the subway project start, explore diversified mode of public-private partnerships, and tries to solve the financing problems of subway construction. In this paper, combined with the present situation and development direction of Tianjin Metro, and analyzes the necessity of research of Tianjin metro project financing, on the basis of the Tianjin Metro PPP (public private partn
