关于针对我国消费信贷发展问题研究报告.docVIP

【摘 要】消费信贷在发达国家历史悠久，是联系生产制造业、商品零售业、银行保险业和证券业的桥梁。发达国家历史经验表明，消费信贷可以直接促进提高人民生活水平，同时带动国民经济增长。我国现代消费信贷从20世纪80年代开始，90年代末进入高速增长期，发展势头良好，但我国消费信贷市场及个人信用体系也存在一些不容忽视的问题，亟待解决。我国尚未建立完善的个人信用体系，相关法律法规不完善，缺乏商业化运作的信用中介机构及有效的授信评估方法，以保证商业银行等贷款人在向借款人提供消费信贷服务时做出正确的放款决策。文章在总结我国消费信贷现状及存在的问题的基础上，并通过欧美等西方国家消费信贷发展历程，分析了我国消费信贷发展的不足之处，并提出了促进我国消费信贷的对策建议。 关键词：消费信贷；信用卡；资产证券化 [Abstract]：The expense credit is glorious in the developed country history， is relates the production manufacturing industry， the commodity retail trade， the bank insurance business and the securities business bridge.The developed country history experience indicated that， expends the credit to be possible to promote to raise the lives of the people level directly， simultaneously leads the national economy growth.Our country modern expense credit starts from 1980s， at the end of the 90s enter the high speed rise period， the development tendency is good， but our country expends the credit market and individual credit system also has some not allow to neglect problems， urgently awaits to be solved.Our country not yet establishes the perfect individual credit system， the related legal laws and regulations are imperfect， lack the commercialization operation the credit facilitating agency and effective give the letter appraisal method， guaranteed lenders and so on commercial bank when provides the expense credit service to the borrower make correctly loan the decision-making.The article in summarizes our country to expend the credit present situation and in the existence question foundation， and through Western country expense credit development courses and so on the Europe and America， analyzed our country to expend the credit development the deficiency， and proposed promoted our country to expend the credit the countermeasure suggestion.
