The grain sense organ character ， the qualitative index，the quality character were analyzed. The result indicated that 15.8% samples achieve the high quality strong muscle wheat national standards ，0.9% samples achieves the high quality weak gluten wheat national standards. With the experiment ，the different suitable varieties may be analyzed to achieve the saving water ，high grain output and quality.
