洞口县合山村新农村建设现状、问题与对策摘要自改革开放以来，中国社会经济发生了翻天覆地的变化，居民生活水平不断提高。但是，经济高速增长的背后，却造成了城乡差距的进一步加剧，农村经济发展远远落后，发展后劲不足，三农问题也严重制约农民生活的改善。我国政府对此高度重视，历年两会都会把“三农问题”纳入议程，社会主义新农村建设便成为了各级党委、政府的工作重点。如何在新的时代背景下，建设社会主义新农村，已成为新农村建设迫切希望实现的目标。洞口县合山村隶属于湖南省邵阳市，位于湖南西南部。在新的时代背景下，合山村的新农村建设也在如火如荼地进行当中，其中，不乏给当地百姓带来诸多好处，但同时也暴露出一些问题。本文主要分为四个部分，第一部分引言，阐述了选题的背景意义，梳理了国内理论界对社会主义新农村研究的现状，第二部分，从社会主义新农村的含义入手，探讨了合山村社会主义新农村建设现状，第三部分，分析了合山村新农村建设存在的问题及成因，第四部分，提出了破解社会主义新农村建设中存在问题的新对策。关键词：社会主义新农村 合山村 新农村建设AbstractSince reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in Chinas social economy, people life level enhances unceasingly. However, behind the high economic growth, is further caused the gap between urban and rural areas, rural economic development lags behind, the lagged development, agriculture, rural areas and farmers’ problems seriously restrict the improvement of the farmers life.
