经腹B超检查在妇科急腹症中应用价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析经腹B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用价值。 方法 对本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的105例妇科急腹症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结经腹B超检查的准确率和影像学特点。 结果 与临床病理诊断确诊结果比较，经腹B超检查诊断的准确率为93.33%（98/105）。其中异位妊娠诊断的准确率为96.67%，卵巢囊肿扭转诊断的准确率为93.33%，黄体囊肿破裂诊断的准确率为100.00%，急性盆腔炎诊断的准确率为91.67%，宫颈粘连诊断的准确率为90.00%，卵巢子宫内膜异位症诊断的准确率为90.00%，子宫肌瘤合并变性诊断的准确率为90.00%，处女膜闭锁诊断的准确率为80.00%。 结论 经腹B超检查在妇科急腹症中的应用价值较高，准确率高、操作简便、经济实用，可以作为诊断妇科急腹症的首选方法，非常适合在基层医院中推广应用。 [关键词] 经腹B超检查；妇科急腹症；应用价值 [中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0116-02 Abdominal B ultrasound examination and application value in the analysis of gynecologic acute abdomen DAI Ji-hong GAO Yan Special Inspection Department，Liaoning Armed Force Hospital，Shenyang 110034，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of transabdominal B-mode ultrasonography examination of gynecologic acute abdomen in the. Results Compared with the clinical pathological diagnosis results，abdominal B ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.33% （98/105）.The accuracy rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 96.67%，accuracy of torsion of ovarian cyst diagnosed 93.33%，accuracy rate of rupture of corpus luteum cyst diagnosed 100.00%，accurate rate of diagnosis of acute pelvic inflammatory disease was 91.67%，accuracy rate of diagnosis of cervical adhesion for 90.00%，ovarian endometriosis diagnosis accuracy rate was 90.00% accurately，myoma of uterus rate of combined degeneration diagnosed 90.00%，accurate rate of diagnosis for atresia hymen 80.00%. Conclusion The application of higher value of transabdominal B-mode ultrasonography in gynecologic acute abdomen，high accuracy，convenient operation，economical and practical，can be used as the preferred method in the diagnosis of gynecologica
