蝎肽抗菌凝胶对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制作用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究蝎肽抗菌凝胶对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用。 方法 将2种编号的痤疮丙酸杆菌厌氧培养，采用微量稀释法对稀释后的痤疮丙酸杆菌菌株的培养菌液进行药敏试验，向稀释后的菌液中分别加入无菌生理盐水、不同浓度的蝎肽抗菌凝胶和含有氨苄青霉素钠粉针剂的溶液，用酶标仪和显微镜观察其对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用结果；用平板培养的方法复测蝎肽抗菌凝胶的最小抑菌浓度。 结果 加入蝎肽抗菌凝胶后的前6组痤疮丙酸杆菌培养溶液和加入含有氨苄青霉素钠粉针剂的溶液中均未发现有痤疮丙酸杆菌的生长，显微镜下也未见有痤疮丙酸杆菌生长，其中蝎肽抗菌凝胶对2种痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为3.125 μg/mL和6.25 μg/mL。 结论 蝎肽抗菌凝胶对痤疮丙酸杆菌有明显的抑制作用，为临床上寻常型痤疮疾病的治疗提供了可靠的实验依据。 [关键词] 蝎肽；抗菌凝胶；痤疮丙酸杆菌；抑制作用 [中图分类号] R758.733 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（a）-0043-03 The inhibition of scorpion antimicrobial peptide gel on propionibacterium acnes ZHU Zhanyong1 YU Mosheng1 LIU Siyang1 ZHAO Yueqiang1 YANG Xilin2 ZENG Fenghua3 CAO Zhijian4 1.Department of Orthopedics， the People′s Hospital of Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China； 2.Department of Otolaryngology， the People′s Hospital of Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China； 3.Department of Orthopaedics， the People′s Hospital of Qinghai Province， Xining 810007， China； 4.College of Life Science， Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China [Abstract] Objective To research the inhibition of scorpion antimicrobial peptide gel on propionibacterium acnes （P. acnes）.
