河南科技大学学报 (医学版) 2013年 12月 第 31卷 第4期 ·259 · MEBO湿性皮肤再生技术在面部挫裂伤 整形美容修复中的应用 师军涛，刘亚丽 摘 要：目的 通过观察湿性皮肤再生技术对患者面部挫裂伤的治疗效果 ，探讨其在面部整形美容修复中的 应用价值 。方法 收集河南科技大学第二附属医院整形科 2009年6月 一2011年 4月收治的476例面部挫裂伤 病例 ，其 中伴有皮肤缺损及五官组织缺损的108例 ，伴颌骨骨折 10例。对面部挫裂伤的476例患者进行面部整形 修复缝合处理 ，运用湿性皮肤再生技术 ，并根据具体病情对患者进行抗感染 、营养支持等综合治疗 。结果 476例 均 I期愈合 ，患者创面全部无瘢痕愈合 ，且愈合时间短，无功能障碍。结论 湿性皮肤再生技术能够预防和控制创 面感染 ，复原面部挫裂伤创面形态，缩短愈合时间，为面部挫裂伤整形修复提供可靠实用的医疗技术。 关键词 ：湿性皮肤再生技术 ；面部挫裂伤 ；整形美容 中图分类号 ：R622 文献标志码 ：A 文章编号：1672—688X(2013)04—0259一O3 ClinicalApplication inPlasticRepairofParotid Region Contusionwith M EBT／M EBO SHIJun—tao，LIU Ya—li SecondAffiliated Hospital，HenanUniversityofScienceand Technology，Luoyang471000，China) Abstract：Objective ToexploretheclinicalvalueofMEBT／MEBOforplasticrepairofparotidregion contusionby observing itstherapeutic efficacy． M ethods Fourhundred and seventy-six patientswith parotidregioncontusionwerechosenfrom theDepartmentofPlasticSurgery，theSecondAffiliatedHospitalof HenanUniversityofScienceandTechnologyrfom June，2009toApril，2011，108caseswerefacialdefects， 10caseswerefacialdefectswithjaw fracture．And476casesofparotidregioncontusionweretreatedby meansofMEBT／MEBO andplasticrepair．Andthen，accordingtothedifferentiatingpathologicalcondition， thecomprehensivetreatment，such asnutrition supportand anti—infective treatmentwerecarried out． Results Allofthe caseswere healed byfirstintention withoutscar．After6 — 12 monthsoffollow-up， neitherdeformity nordysfunction ofthe parotid region skin occurred． Conclusion MEBO treatment， whichhasthe advantagesofanti-infective，shortwound healing time，little scaring and no dysfunction， providesthepractica
