51 | 规划实践落实生态文明建设，探索郊野公园规划* ——以上海试点郊野公园规划为例 Implement Progress of Ecology Civilization, Explore Planning of Country Park: A Case Study of Country Park Plan of Shanghai 郊野公园规划项目组　　文章编号1673-8985（2013）05-0051-11 中图分类号TU984 文献标识码B 摘要郊野公园是落实国家生态文明战略，推进上海可持续发展的重要标志任务。依据郊野公园选址原则，在上海市郊区选址2 1个郊野公园，其中，青西、嘉北、浦江、松南和长兴作为5个试点郊野公园先期规划建设。郊野公园规划遵循 “聚焦生态功能、彰显郊野特色、优化空间结构、提升环境品质 ”的总体思路，坚持尊重自然生态，尊重地域文化，关注游憩需求，确保综合效益等规划原则，打造市民休闲游乐的 “好去处 ”、“后花园”。 Abstract Shanghai government proposed to build the Shanghai Country Park as an important iconic task, which aims to implement the strategy of ecological civilization and promote the sustainable development. 21 country parks are located in rural area based on the location principle. And Qingxi, Jiabei, Pujiang, Songnan and Changxing are selected as five pilots for advance planning and construction. The planning is very distinctive that follows the general idea of focusing ecological function; highlighting country characteristics; optimizing spatial structure and enhancing environmental quality.
