摘 要 随着塑料工业的发展、各种新型材料的出现，塑料制品在各行各业中都有越来越广泛的应用，而人们对塑料制品的要求越来越高本设计以设计原始数据为基础，初步确定设计方案式，。根据设计方案对进行设计，着重对进行计算选择设计经过对合模机构各部件的结构设计，最终完成总体设计方案图。 。Abstract With the development of the Plastics Industry and the emergence of new materials, plastic products are more and more widely used in every industry, and higher and higher quality plastic products are required. The traditional single-cylinder liquid-filled and elbow-injection molding machine can not meet the demands of high-quality plastic products, thus the two-plate precision injection molding machine came into being. The two-plate injection molding machine means the injection molding machine whose clamping machine is a two-plate device , and whose clamping force only has effects in the mold of two fixed templates (the template, dynamic template). The plate injection molding machines main features are: Open-Die high-precision molds Force uniform, manufactures high accuracy. Firstly, the design determines the structure of the cycle of the plate as a reliminary design plan on the basic of the original data, using four fixed on the tension bar in the fuel tank of clamping. Then finish the calculation and verification of the fuel tank, templates, drawbars, and other important parts according to the design plan and then clamping system of the requirements of design, select or design the appropriate parts. Finally finish the final programme design plans after completing the structure design of clamping device. The results of the design showed that, the plate clamping device can achieve high-precision clamping under the premise of the small size and low cost, provide protection for precision injection.
