热镀锌钢板几种使用开裂模式浅析 ·1 · 热镀锌钢板几种使用开裂模式浅析 马雪丹 郑建平 （宝钢股份制造管理部，上海 201900 ） 摘 要 本文研究了几种热镀锌钢板在使用中出现的不同开裂模式，包括翻边开裂、折弯开裂、疲劳开裂和颈缩开 裂。因基板材质的差异，开裂的机理各有不同。翻边开裂一般出现在高强钢结构件的加工过程中，提高材料的扩孔 性能是解决问题的关键，从材质机理上讲就是要获得较细小的晶粒和均匀的组织，减少带状组织，并且尽量降低以 硫化物为代表的夹杂物成分，从而提高材料扩孔率。当材料需要 180 度折弯时，采用高延伸率的冲压用钢可能会出 现开裂情况，而晶粒较细小、碳化物分散的 CQ 钢才是既经济又好用的选择。热镀锌钢板疲劳开裂不仅仅是材料性 能本身的问题，还与整机零件设计、材料的服役条件、使用环境息息相关。锌铁合金钢板表面镀层的铁含量往往会 成为钢板开裂的影响因素。 关键词 热镀锌钢板，开裂，翻边，折弯，疲劳，颈缩 Galvanized Steel Sheet Used in Several Modes of Cracking Ma Xuedan, Zheng Jianping (Department of Manufacturing and Management, Baosteel Iron Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201900, China) Abstract In this paper, several different cracking modes of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet are talked about, including flange cracking, bending cracking , fatigue cracking and necking cracking. Due to differences in the substrate material, the mechanism of cracking is different. Flanging cracks usually appear in high-strength steel structure of the process, improve reaming performance materials are the key to solving the problem, from the material terms of the mechanism is to obtain finer grain and uniform structure, reducing the band structure, and to minimize the sulfide inclusions components represented thereby improving hole expansion rate material. When the material have a 180-degree bend finer grain size, carbide dispersion of CQ steel is economical and easy to use options. The surface quality of galvannealed sheet would be a factor when necking cracking .
