20 中国烟草科学 2008 ，29 （1）：20-24 不定根对烤烟根系生长及相关酶活性的补偿效应研究 ﹡ 黄 琰，周冀衡 ，柳 均，张 钊，杨虹琦 （湖南农业大学烟草工程技术研究中心，长沙 410128 ） 摘 要：通过水培试验，研究了烤烟各类根系的生长状况及脱氢酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活力的变化。结果表明，在水培条件 下，不定根诱导形成后，原主、侧根逐渐衰亡并被新形成的不定根所取代。前期通气处理可弱化不定根的补偿效应；但随着 生长时间的延长，通气处理可延缓原主、侧根的衰亡和根系脱氢酶及谷氨酰胺合成酶活力的衰退速度，并促进不定根生长、 提高根系相关酶活力。最终导致烤烟全根系生长和根系吸收及氨同化能力的提高，并对地上部生长和改善根冠比均具有较大 的促进作用。通气可明显改善水培烟草的生长状况，并减弱其根系的补偿生长，有利于烟株生长发育。 关键词：烤烟；水培；不定根；通气；补偿效应 中图分类号：S572；Q55 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1007-5119(2008)01-0020-05 Compensatory Effect of Adventitious Root on Roots Growth and Related Enzyme Activity in Flue-cured Tobacco HUANG Yan, ZHOU Jiheng, LIU Jun, ZHANG Zhao, YANG Hongqi (Research Center of Tobacco Engineering and Technology , Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha 410128, China) Abstract: The growth condition, activity changes of dehydrogenase and GS in various root system of flue-cured tobacco were studied by hydroponic culture. The results showed that the original taproot and lateral root would decay and be replaced gradually by adventitious root. Aeration in early phase could weaken the compensatory effect of adventitious roots. With increasing growth time of adventitious root s, aeration would retard the decay of taproots and lateral roots, and the decline rate of dehydrogenase and GS activity, with p romoted growth of adventitious roots and increased related enzyme activity, ultimately leading to the increase of entire root growth, root absorption and ammonia assimilation capacity, the promotion of aerial growth and ratio of root to shoot .
