performance of w ater stress of C equiset if olia w hich reflected in its physiological and biochemical

characters, was the decline of SOD and CAT amounts, the enhancement of MDA and O . The

variation of SOD and MDA amounts variated w ith the different asexual lines. Content of MDA and
SOD activity of C . equis et if lia may serve as the physiological and biochemical refference indexes to
evaluate the drought-resistant capacity in its seedling stage.
