The development and utilization of high performance integrated circuit is crucial to the de- velopment of the digital pumping unit, needing to study the development of new control organic combination with mechanical adjustment device. Digital pumping unit is a product combined closely with the information technology and production technology, a major change and innovation of traditional pumping unit and the main developmental direction of pumping unit in the future.
