The purpose of an enquiry is to express his willingness to make the transaction or to enquire the possibility and conditions of the transaction. Offer/quotation 发盘 The offer is a statement intended to result in a binding contract if duly accepted by the offeree. The offer can be provided by the seller or the buyer.
