This requires day-to-day management of residential property should be from the previously cumbersome manual emancipated, thereby enhancing work efficiency. Therefore, the cell site property management system came into being in order to achieve the area of information management and intelligent. In this paper, the traditional residential property management problems, try to use information technology to replace the traditional management model management. The system is based on the C / S model, the design of the environment and the use of Dreamweaver and Access2003 database system. Among them, the page through the Dreamweaver design, the database uses Microsoft Access 2003, the dynamic homepage applies the ASP technology.
