The shredder device is a small household electrical appliances through the high-speed rotation of the motor to drive the blade of cabbage, carrots, pork and other food stirring and shreding, realizing automation for preparing solid drink,making the filling etc. In this paper, the structure of the shredding system is not only designed, but also the structural analysis and design of the components were carried out.In the Pro/E environment, the 3D model and virtual assembly of the overall structure of the product is finished.in the next place, the motion simulation of the vegetable is also finished, achieving the rotation movement of the blade. The product realizes the electric control, convenient and fast, and provides certain basis for the production of small household electrical appliances.
