中央民族大学本科生研究训练计划结题论文URTP Final Thesis of Minzu University of China对一次性发泡餐具产业如何达到经济效益与环境效益双赢的研究――以京冀地区企业为例 项目编号： URTP2011110100 项目类型： 本科研究训练计划 指导教师： 张兴无 项目成员： 闫冉、童爽、施源、魏迪 依托单位： 经济学院 2011年11月20日摘 要一次性发泡餐具从产生至今，一直是政策关注的焦点以及各方争论的热点，并且它对环境的影响一直是人们所讨论的话题。目前市场上的一次性发泡餐具主要可分为两类，即不可降解的一次性发泡聚苯乙烯餐具和可降解的一次性发泡聚丙烯餐具，两者所占市场比例大约为1:4。正是由于一次性发泡餐具对于环境的巨大影响和社会对其的广泛关注，所以我们决定对一次性发泡餐具产业的经济效益和环境效益进行研究。本文以一次性发泡餐具产业为调研对象，通过对河北省沧州市东光县的实地调研和该产业在我国发展历史的资料研究，结合有关理论知识对一次性发泡餐具产业的经济效益和环境效益做了较为深入的分析；并阐述了相应替代品市场和对其回收利用的情况。通过研究分析，我们认为一次性发泡餐具的存在有其自身的合理性，所以必须正视一次性发泡餐具的利弊。在现阶段其替代品市场和回收利用体系均不完善的情况下，只有通过政府的介入来消除其负的外部性，从而规范一次性发泡餐具产业的市场，使其最终达到一种经济效益与环境效益的双赢局面。关键词： 一次性发泡餐具；发泡聚苯乙烯；发泡聚丙烯；经济效益；环境效益AbstractDisposable foam tableware from start to now has been the focus of policy concerns and the parties’ controversy. Its security and impact on the environment has been long discussed by people. Disposable foam on the market today can be divided into two main categories, that is, Non-degradable polystyrene foam disposable tableware and disposable foam polypropylene degradable tableware, both the share market is approximately 1:4. Precisely because of disposable foam tableware has huge impact on the environment and the community also has wide attention to it, so we decided to have a deeply research on the economic and environmental benefits of disposable foam tableware.In this paper, we choose disposable foam tableware as the research object, through the field research of Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province and information on the history of the development of this industry in China, we combining the theoretical knowledge with disposable foam tableware to do a more in-depth study in its economic and environmental benefits analysis. And presenting the situation of appropriate alternatives and recycling markets.
