河北中医2014年 1月第36卷第 l期 Hehei．1FCM，Januav2014，Vol36，No．1 补肺益 肾汤治疗支气管哮喘缓解期 35例临床观察 王玉敏 支0志冈4 (河北省唐山市中医医院药剂科，河北 唐山 063000) 【摘 要】 目的 观察补肺益肾汤治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 将70例支气管哮喘缓 解期患者随机分为2组。对照组35例予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗，治疗组35例子 补肺益肾汤 口服治疗。2组均 14d为 1个疗程，疗程间隔1周，3个疗程后统计疗效，并观察 2组治疗前后血 清白细胞介素一5(IL一5)、IL一8、肿瘤坏死因子一仅(TNF一0I)、血清一氧化氮(NO)浓度、一干扰素 (IFN一 )、IL一4及 IFN一3,／IL一4比较变化情况。结果 2组治疗后血清IL一5、IL一8、TNF— 、NO浓度、IFN一 IL一4及 IFN一 IL一4均降低 ，而与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)，2组治疗后组间比较 差异无统计学意义(P0．05)。结论 补肺益肾汤治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效确切 ，与布地奈德福莫特罗粉 吸入剂、沙丁胺醇气雾剂比较具有同样的疗效。 【关键词】 哮喘；中医药疗法；补肺 【中图分类号】 R287；R562．250．5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】11302—2619(2014)01一OO25—03 ClinicalobservationofBufeiyishendecoctiononthetreatmentofbronchialasthmaremission WANG Yumin． LIUZhigang．PharmacyDepartment，TangshanMunicipalHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine inHebeiPr~inee， Hebei，Tangshan 063000 A【bstract】 Objective ToobservetheclinicaleffectofBufeiyishendecoctiononthetreatmentofbronchial asthmaremission．Methods 70casesofbronchialasthmaremissionwererandomlydividedintotwogroups．35cases incontrolgroupreceivedtreatmentofbudesonideinhalan【andSalbutamo1．35casesintreatmentgroupweretreatedby Bufeiyishendecoctiononthebasisofcontrolgrouptreatment．Thecoursewas14dayintwogroups．Treatmentinterval wasoneweek；thestatisticaleffectswerefinishedafterthreecourses．ThechangesofIL一5，IL一8，NO，TNF—a，IFN — r．IL一4 and IFN —r／IL一4 levelswereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment．Results Therewere significant differencesbetweenbeforeandaftertreatmentontheserum levelsofIL一5，IL一8，NO，TNF—a，IFN—r，IL一4 and IFN—r／IL一4(P0．05)．Theseweredecreasedaftertreatmentintwogroups．Therewasnosignificantdifference betweentwogroupsontheserumlevelsofIL一5，IL一8，NO，TNF—a，IFN—r，IL一4andIFN—r／IL一4(P0． 05)．Conclusion Bufeiyishendecoctionhasdefiniteeffectandsameeffectcomparedwithbudesonideinhalant，sal— butamolo
