毕业论文 中小型酒店薪酬体系优化探究 院（系）名称 专业名称 学生姓名 指导教师 2012年5月15日 中小型酒店薪酬体系优化探究 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化的到来，市场竞争更为激烈，中小型酒店与国际同行业的竞争也越来越激烈，薪酬管理是企业微观运作中最受关注的问题之一，是人力资源管理的核心内容，而薪酬设计是建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分。合理有效的薪酬体系不但能有效激发员的积极性、主动性，促进员工努力实现组织目标，提高组织的效益，而且能在日益激烈的知识经济下吸引和保留住一支素质良好且有竞争力的员工队伍。因此，如何设计和建立一套科学的、符合企业具体情况和满足企业发展战略目标实现的薪酬体系，对于行业竞争激烈的国内中小型酒店业具有重要的现实意义。 本文从薪酬管理的入手，介绍了薪酬体系的相关理论，并在此基础上对中小型酒店的薪酬体系现状和问题作了分析，为需要解决或优化的问题指明了方向，在此基础上结合中小型酒店的现实情况，对中小型酒店薪酬体系进行了重新优化设计。本文提出的体系，可以尽可能地减少由于薪酬变革中形成的阻力，稳健地过渡到改进后的薪酬体系。希望对中小型酒店的发展有所帮助。 关键词：中小型酒店，薪酬体系，优化探究 The Explosion of Salary System Optimization in Small and Medium-sized Hotel Abstract With the global economic integration, the arrival of more intense market competition, the international hotel industry competition is also more and more fierce, compensation management is the enterprise operation the greatest concern of micro.
