摘 要 毕业设计是根据兰山区义堂镇后村公寓楼招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括土建、装饰、安装的分部分项工程量清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表，工程量计算表；工程量计算按照《2008年工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用福莱一点通计价软件；技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：商务标；技术标；工程量清单；施工方案；施工组织 Abstract Graduation is based Yitang Town, Village apartment building tenders notified of tender documents, contract conditions, technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents prepared tenders.
