内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：内蒙古天彩稀土技术责任有限公 司办公楼建筑结构设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业：土木工程 班 级：土木 指导教师： 内蒙古天彩稀土技术责任有限公司办公楼 建筑结构设计（方案一） 摘 要 本工程为内蒙古包头市天彩稀土技术责任有限公司办公楼工程，根据设计任务书以及有关资料，结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，主体结构为5层，总建筑面积约5200㎡。 该设计包括建筑、结构两大部分。本册说明书仅为结构部分的设计计算书，主要设计内容有： 1 结构选型，确定截面尺寸，计算重力荷载代表值。 2 结构抗震计算，利用顶点位移法计算结构自振周期、利用底部剪力法计算水平地震作用以及水平地震作用下该框架结构的内力。 3 利用弯矩二次分配法计算该框架结构在竖向荷载作用下的内力。 4 内力组合，利用最不利内力组合确定梁柱截面设计。 5 楼盖、楼梯、基础设计。 6 用PK-PM电算程序对框架结构进行计算。 除此之外，根据计算结果还绘制了图纸（框架、基础、楼梯、楼板配筋图），其中两张图纸为手工绘制，其余图纸利用PK-PM电算结果和CAD绘制。 关键词：框架结构、 地震作用、 内力组合、 截面设计 The architectural and structural design on office building of rare earth day color Technologies Ltd in Inner Mongolia ( project 1) Abstract The design is on the office building of rare earth day color Technologies Ltd in Inner Mongolia. The structure adapts reinforced concrete frame structure according to the design assignment and the relative data, the principal part contains 5 floors, the total architectural areas is about 5200 square meters. This design includes architecture, structure, the explaining book is just about the calculation of the structure part, and the following is the primary content. 1 Choose the structure type, confirm the section size, and calculate the representation value of gravity load. 2 Seismic calculation of structure, calculate the natural period of vibration with the topic displacement method and calculate the earthquake action and structural internal force with equivalent bottom shear method. 3 calculate the internal force of frame structure in the vertical load by moment distributive method. 4 internal force combination, use the most disadvantageous internal force Combination to design the beam and column. 5 structure design of floor, stair and foundation. 6 calculate the frame structure with PK-PM program. In addition, frame, foundation, stair and floor configure drawing were plotted according to calculated result
