摘 要 丹庄高速公路CD段全长5.388km。公路所经地区为平原微丘区，全线采用双向四车道高速公路标准设计，路基宽度30米，设计行车时速100km/h。 全线设平曲线4个，线形组合均采用基本型，平曲线最小半径800m；设竖曲线两个，其中凸形竖曲线最小半径10000m，凹形竖曲线最小半径10000m，最小纵坡1.07%。 路线采用的技术指标可以较好的满足该高速公路的通行要求，达到二级服务水平。 由于路线多次跨越细河、铁路和公路，故设中桥、小桥各两座，管涵两道。同时，综合考虑地形、土质和水量等完成了道路排水系统的设计，路基防护主要采用挡土墙和草皮防护。 路面设计为沥青混凝土路面。 本设计重视环境保护，尽量使道路与周围环境协调统一。 设计中采用多种工程软件进行精确计算来优化设计，设计图纸采用AUTOCAD及HintCAD软件绘制。 关键词：高速公路；施工图；沥青路面；预应力空心板桥；边坡防护 ABSTRACT The total length of Dandong-Zhuanghe express highway EF section is5.388 km. The area which the road crosses is rolling terrain. And a technical standard of double-way four-lain highway is adopted in the design. The design speed is 100km/h. The width of the subgrade is 30 meters. The basic type of horizontal curve is adopted in this design for all the 4 horizontal curves and its minimum radius is 800m. Two vertical curves are designed and its minimum radius is 10000m and 10000m for convex vertical curve and concave vertical curve respectly. The minimum longitudinal grade is 1.07% which meet the drainage. All of the adopted technical standard can meet the highway with the second-class service level. 4 bridges are designed, which are medium bridge and small bridge respctively and 2 pipe culvert are also desinged. Different kind of drainage facilities are used in the drainage design. Gravity retaining wall and vegetation protection are used for the slope protection. The asphalt pavement is used in this highway. The concept of environmental protection is carried through in all the design to make the highway consistent with the nature. Different kinds of professional software are used to optimum the design result.
