冷轧4830mm 横向条纹分析及对策 ·1 · 冷轧 4830mm 横向条纹分析及对策 陶 涛 （宝山钢铁股份有限公司冷轧厂，上海 201900 ） 摘 要 某五机架四辊冷连轧机是从德国 SMS 公司引进的具有 20 世纪 80 年代初水平的无头轧制机组，可进行 全连续和常规轧制。通过对入口设备和出口滚筒剪的改造，基本所有规格、钢种都采用全连续轧制。支承辊轴 承采用的动静压油膜轴承 54－72，静压主要用于轧机停机启动或低速运行过程中抵消其自重减少摩擦，便于 启动过程正常实现。由于对静压认识的不足在轧机出现了 4830mm 轧机启动横向条纹，导致大量缺陷产生并流 出，产生了严重的后果。通过对静压对轧机启动的影响进行探讨和分析，制定了对策措施，有效防止静压异常 导致的横向条纹发生。 关键词 冷连轧机，动静压，4830mm，横向条纹 Analysis and Solution to 4830mm Transverse Stripes at Cold Rolling Mill Tao Tao (Cold Rolling Plant of Baosteel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201900, China) Abstract 5 stand four roll cold tandem mill is endless rolling machine imported from German SMS in twentieth Century at the beginning of the 80s, it can carry out the fully continuous and normal rolling. Through the revamping of equipment in the entrance and durm flying shear in the exit, basically all specifications、steel grades can be rolled using fully continuous rolling.Dynamic and static pressure oil film bearing 54 - 72 is used for back-up roll bearing, static pressure is mainly used for offsetting the weight and reducing the friction in the process of restarting after stop or low speed , easy to restart. Due to lack of understanding of the static pressure, 4830mm transverse appers at colding mill, resulting in a large number of defects and outflow and resulting in serious consequences, according to the discussing and analysis on the effect of static pressure to restarting after stop ,then solution is formulated,transverse stripes caused by the abnormal static pressure is prevented effectively.
