This chair is PU chair, which PU could be picked by different colors. 交流时可以用, I beg your pardon, please? Could you repeat that, please? 询价与回答 客户感到兴趣,询价: How much this dining set cost? What’s the price about this dining table and chairs totally? 熟悉价格, 快速准确: It will cost xxxx dollors This is our best selling, we could give you a good price, xxxx dollors. 如果需要查询类型和价格: 请稍等, Just a moment, please. 请示主管,I will check with my supervisor. I will get my manager. 问到价格后, Sorry to keep you waiting, our price is xxxx dollors 砍价 客户说,希望能给个优惠价格,could you please give a better price? 我们是非常有意愿和您达成合作的,I will arrange our manager to attend right way,请示主管, 经同意,we could give you a price xxxx dollors, 或者this is our best price, we could provide you good quality and service, it’s resonable price. 数量的讨论 客户问最小订单量,What’s your MOQ?或者What’s your minimum quantity of your order? 我们可以给出MOQ, 或者询问客户第一次订单数量,How many would you like to order the first time? 客户We’d like to order xxx sets. 交货期 客户关心交货期What’s the earliest delivery time / What’s the earliest time you could make delivery. We could assure your our delivery time is not later than XXX. I think we could meet your requirement. Our delivery time usually is 35 days. 最后决定订单阶段 如果客户有意愿下订单, 我们要明确item, quantity, price, payment, dilivery time 等。 如果客户先暂时没有订单, 要尽量留下客户的namecard 或者签到信息等等。 注意谈话高效有理而有礼。We are glad to sign
