本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 企业物料搬运系统分析与优化 学 院 管 理 学 院 专 业 工 业 工 程 班 级 08级工统本02班 学 号 081103602025 学生姓名 刘 光 东 指导教师 董 晓 妮 完成日期 2012.05.01 西安思源学院教务处制 二〇一二年 中 文 摘 要 随着我国第三方物流的快速发展，越来越多的制造企业为了降低成本、集 中精力提高核心竞争力，将自身非核心业务外包，转而将注意力专注于提高生 产物流的效率，在生产物流中物料搬运是重要环节之一，虽然物料的装卸搬运 是制造企业生产过程中的辅助环节，但它是工序之间、车间之间、工厂之间相 互衔接不可缺少的，可以说只要生产线在运作，物料搬运就存在。 企业物料搬运的优化主要涉及到路径选择、工具类型选择、两衔接点之间 物流量的控制等方面。本文主要从回收物流安排、工装夹具的搬运、搬运设备 的选择、生产线滑道的设计来分析说明企业存在的问题，并给与相应的解决措 施。 物料搬运系统的优化有利于搬运过程中成本最低化和时间的最小化，同时 较低劳动强度，提高人员工作效率。本文研究了生产车间及流水线物料搬运系 统的优化问题，具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。 关键词：物料搬运 设计 优化 Abstract With the rapid development of third-party logistics in China, more and more manufacturing companies in order to reduce costs, focus on to improve the core competitiveness, itself non-core business outsourcing and instead focused attention toimprovethe efficiencyofproduction andlogisticsintheproduct Handlingisone of the important part of logistics, materials loading and unloading the secondary aspects of manufacturing enterprises in the production process, but it is between processes,workshop, factoryinterfacebetweenthenon-integral,we can sayaslong astheproductionlineoperation,materialhandlingexist.
