 中华人民共和国教育部 xxxxxx大学 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 建筑企业项目绩效评价的研究 学 生： xxx 指导教师： xxxx 讲师 学 院： 工程技术学院 专 业： 工程管理（国际工程管理）2006级1班 2010年6月  建筑企业项目绩效评价的研究 摘 要 随着建筑行业市场竞争的加剧，传统的基于进度、质量、成本的项目绩效评价体系已经不再能够适应建筑施工企业发展的需要，如何有效地评价建筑施工企业工程项目的管理绩效，已经成为一个迫切的问题。本文结合建筑施工企业项目管理的特征，运用平衡记分卡的方法，重新构建了工程项目管理绩效考核指标体系，力求更加全面准确地评价建筑施工企业的项目管理绩效。 论文在收集资料、实际调研和深入分析的基础上，通过对项目绩效评价相关概念的界定、项目绩效评价的现实意义的分析和绩效评价相关理论的研究，从财务层面指标、业主层面指标、项目运作层面指标、学习和成长层面指标四个方面，初步构建出一套适合建筑企业对项目绩效进行评价的项目绩效评价体系，并进行了实例分析。 关键词： 平衡记分卡；绩效评价；项目管理 Study of project performance appraisal in construction enterprise Abstract Along with increased competition on construction market，the traditional performance evaluation systemwhich based on the progress，quality and cost is no longer applicable to the needs of the construction enterprisesde－velopment.How to evaluate project managements performance of construction corporations effectively has become apressing issue.Combined with the characteristics of construction project management，this essay rebuilds a series ofperformance evaluation indexes which based on four points of Balance Score Card，to a more comprehensive and accu－rate evaluation of the performance of construction corporationsproject management.
