基于SNMP的网络计费管理系统 摘要 随着计算机网络在人们日常生活中的普及，数以亿计的计算机接入了Internet中。随着网络带宽的增加和人们对网络服务质量要求的提高，网络计费管理已经变得越来越重要。网络计费是网络管理的重要组成部分，它通过监测网络资源的使用情况，实时监测网络流量、测算网络流量费用，进而提高网络运行的质量。好的网络计费管理方法，不仅能满足网络计费的需要和具有广阔的适用范围，而且具有实用性、简洁性和可操作性. 本文采用了基于SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol,简单网络管理协议)Abstract With the computer network in the popularity of peoples daily lives, hundreds of millions of computer access into the Internet. With the increase in network bandwidth and network services for the improvement of the quality requirements, network accounting management has become increasingly important. Network management network accounting is an important component of the monitoring of network resources through the use of real-time monitoring of network traffic, estimates the cost of network traffic, thus improving the quality of the network. Good network accounting management methods, not only to meet the needs of network accounting and broad scope of application, but also need practicality, simplicity and interoperability, This article based on SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol, SNMP) to build network traffic accounting system. In this paper, we give a detailed description on the network traffic monitoring technology and traffic data collection and model analysis. On the data collection, we use the network packet capture technology, based on JPCAP Ethernet network capture tool for collecting the data above, and then analyze the data packets, then we get the effective information such as source IP address 、 the destination IP address the length of the data frame by analyzing the sending and receiving data packets. After that,we compare the IP address with the IP datas that stored in the database to make sure the network traffic flow are the inside ones or outside ones, then we calculate the corresponding costs according to the billing trategy.
