中国绿色施工解析

[摘要]对现阶段国内绿色施工背景作详细分析，在规模大、产值高、速度快的建设事业发展中，施工阶段对资源消
耗的管理既无政策规定，又无基础数据，这是有悖于可持续发展和建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会的要求的。本
文结合建设部刚颁布的《绿色施丁导则》，从环境保护、节材、节水、节能几个方面对绿色施工的涵义作了介绍与分
析。尤其是将节材作为重点，从建筑垃圾、模板工程、预拌混凝土、商品砂浆、散装水泥和二次装修等多个角度，找
出工程界存在的弊端，提出新的要求，指明解决问题的措施。
