施工监理合同 Construction Management Contract 第一部分 施工监理服务合同协议书 PartⅠConstruction Supervision Service Contract Agreement 建设单位：有限公司（以下简称“甲方”） 监理单位：咨询管理有限公司（以下简称“乙方”） Construction Unit: (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) Supervision Unit: (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) 甲方委托乙方承担 工程施工监理工作，乙方接受了甲方以人民币1,590,000元（大写：壹佰伍拾玖万元）为本工程施工、竣工和保修阶段全过程实施监理，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，共同执行。 Party A entrusts Party B with the construction supervision of, Party B agrees to implement whole-process supervision during the construction, completion and warranty period of this project for RMB 1,590,000 Yuan (Say one million five hundred and ninety thousand Yuan only).
