本科毕业论文 现代企业与ERP 作 者 冯晓冬 院 系 会计学院 专 业 注册会计师专业 指导教师 王振武 内 容 提 要 具有网络化、数字化、信息化三大特征的知识经济时代款款而至，企业管理思想、管理手段也在不断地变革。企业急需自善其身，改变现有状况。ERP作为一种先进的管理思想在中国已经炒得热火朝天。为了对ERP有更深刻的认识和正确的看法，我选择了“现代企业与ERP”作为我的毕业论文题目。 本文通过讨论ERP的由来、内涵和功能，分析了ERP是否符合我国的国情，我国企业是否应引入ERP，并阐述了ERP在我国的应用现状，说明了企业在运用ERP系统时应注意的问题。 文章共包括以下五个部分：ERP的概念及其功能，中国企业引入ERP的意义，ERP在我国的实施情况，决定实施ERP成败的要素，对我国企业应用ERP系统的几点建议。 我认为：我国ERP的发展之路，将是前途光明而又道路艰辛。但有着广大企业界、管理界、信息界人士探索现代中国企业发展新路的不懈努力，ERP终将成为新世纪中国企业管理的又一有力武器。企业实施ERP将是大势所趋。 关键词：制造资源计划 企业资源计划 供应链 管理系统 ABSTRACT Networking, digitalization, informationization come leisurely in era of knowledge-driven economy of three great characteristics.
