PAGE PAGE 1 宁波市中学生参加课外体育活动现状的调查与分析 摘 要 学校体育是实施素质教育的突破口，课外体育作为学校体育的重要组成部分，在培养学生的整体素质中有其独特的作用。目前，由于中学生的升学任务重、作业量大、课外活动开展少，加之场地、器材有限等原因，已经严重影响了中学生课外体育活动的开展。鉴于当前的形势，本文采用问卷调查法、文献数据法、数据统计法等，对宁波市五所中学参加课外体育活动的情况进行了调查，通过调查，全面了解中学生参加课外体育活动的现状与发展趋势，逐步地摸索和掌握中学生参加课外体育活动的内在规律，根据中学生的身心特点，积极开展形式多样的课外体育活动，也为教育行政主管部门制定相应的措施提供有效依据。 关键词 宁波市；中学生；课外体育；现状；研究 A Study on the Current Situation of the Extracurricular Sports Activities in the Secondary Schools of Ningbo Abstract School sports is the breakthrough of the implementation of quality-oriented education. As an important component of school sports, extracurricular sports plays a unique role in cultivating students’ integrated quality. However, secondary school students today are under great pressure to enter a higher school, and have lots of homework but few extracurricular activities. Besides, venues and equipments for sports activities are also limited. All these factors above have limited the extracurricular sports activities for secondary school students. In view of the current situation, this thesis makes a research on the situation of the extracurricular sports activities in five secondary schools in Ningbo, in the methods of survey, documental searching, and data statistics, etc. According to the research, the author gets a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and development trends of the extracurricular sports activities in secondary schools, and predominates the inherent laws of the extracurricular sports activities of secondary school students. This paper suggests that extracurricular sports activities be carried out in various forms according to the physical and psychological characteristics of secondary school students, and aims at providing effective basis for the education administration department to formulate appropriate measures.
