Keywords: Hunan City College; social sport; Employment 前言 　 社会体育专业是一门新专业,人才的培养必须以社会需求为目标,以就业市场为导向,设计社会体育人才的培养模式。目前,从总体上来看,社会体育专业人才市场供需失衡,矛盾突出,各大高校争相设置社会体育专业,似乎是供大于求,但实际情况并非如此。本文以湖南城市学院已毕业的社会体育专业学生为研究对象,分析社会体育专业人才的就业现状,并通过对应届毕业生的就业现状
