摘 要 本论文设计的综合人事管理系统以Visual Basic 6.0和Access 2003为基本开发工具，实现了“部门管理系统”模块，“员工基本信息管理”模块，“员工考勤考评”模块以及“用户管理”模块等。论文对系统的开发进行了需求分析，介绍了系统的总体设计和各功能模块的设计思想及具体的程序设计方法。 关键词：Visual Basic 6.0 , Access2003 , 综合人事管理系统 Abstract A comprehensive personnel management system was designed with Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2003 in this paper. The functions of the employees’ basic information managing , attendence managing and transferring information were implemented in the system.
