Then, it elaborates the category and influence factors of logistics cost and the reason why people transform the focus on logistics costs from reduction to optimization. Subsequently, it illustrates logistics plays an increasing role in enterprises operation and management, relates various measurements taken for the sake of the reduction of logistics cost and the creation of newly cost-effective ideology in logistics sector. Finally, it provides a new perspective on supply chain management and strives for the combination of logistics resources and the optimization of logistics costs.
