When the site was not online, the cause of failure might be insufficient voltage and mobile signal instability. As the element value was missing or unusual, the diagnosed reason might be the set error of software, bad shield ground of data cable and damaged sensor, and so on. While the time of data storage was ahead or postponed, the cause might be that the school function of software was not open or the collector of station did not receive the collective school command.
