The whole article consist of three sections discussing the ;Shenzhen retail trade#039;s status quo;, the ;Shenzhen local retail trade #039;s problems in developing; and the ; Shenzhen local retail trade #039;s countermeansuer;.Under the rapid growing of the economic and the continuous changes of the consumption demand, the Shenzhen retail trade has experienced three development phases in just a short period about more than 20 years.
