智能化住宅小区 摘要 住宅作为人们生活、学习的重要场所，几乎一半以上的时间是在此度过，如何使得住宅能够在居住、生活和学习上提供舒适、便捷的环境，已经引来越来越多的人、越来越多的部门的关注。世界各国都在该领域不断的探讨，并取得了一定的发展。如何使得信息化，智能化与住宅联系起来，为人们提供安全、舒适、方便、快捷的居住环境，智能化住宅的概念就此产生，由此引出了智能化住宅小区。 安全防范系统是智能化住宅小区的最重要的组成部分。安全防范的主要内容包括对外部入侵、盗窃、抢劫、破坏、爆炸等犯罪活动的重大政治事故的预防、实施监测和事故处理。目前所包括的技术领域主要有：安全检察、防盗报警、出入口控制、电视监控及其相应的安全防范系统工程等。 本文通过对国内、外智能住宅及其小区智能化建设的有关资料分析，结合我国住宅小区的特点，规划设计了住宅小区智能化系统的基本模式，通过对其各组成系统的功能分析，指出用LonWorks技术构建住宅小区智能化控制网络系统有许多优越性，并对LonWorks技术的核心元器件神经元(Neuron)芯片做接口扩展，构建了一个家居智能控制系统，给出了相应的底层应用程序和人机界面管理程序。底层与人机界面之间的通讯，采用动态数据交换(DDE)的方式进行交流，实现了家庭中的三表远程抄收系统、三防报警系统及其设备的联动控制。最后，根据小区管理项目的内容，设计了一个小区的管理软件。 关键词 住宅小区 智能化 安全防范 LonWorks技术 As people life and learning residence is the important place, almost half of the time is spent in this, how to live in that house, life and learning provide comfortable, convenient, the environment has been draws more and more people, more and more attention of the department.
