2016年我院门诊不合格处方分析 　　摘要：目的 了解我院门诊的处方书写和用药情况，分析其存在的问题，为提高处方书写质量和合理用药提供借鉴。方法 随机抽查2016年我院门诊处方，每月抽取3 d，共13450张。对处方书写及用药情况等进行归类统计以及分析与评价。结果 门诊处方存在书写不规范和用药不合理问题。不合格处方1201张，百分率8.93%，其中不规范处方396张，百分率2.9%，不合理用药805张，百分率5.89%。结论 我院门诊不合格处方仍然存在，处方书写与合理用药有待进一步规范和提高。 　　关键词：不合格处方；合理用药；处方分析 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the prescription and drug use in outpatient department of our hospital，analyze the existing problems，to provide a reference for improving the quality of prescription writing and rational drug use.Methods Randomly selected outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2016，the monthly sampl
