分 类 号 F275.5 密级 文化企业的银行信贷融资模式研究 研 究 生 姓 名： 黄浩 指导教师姓名、职称 ： 易棉阳 副教授 学 科 专 业 ： 企业管理 研 究 方 向 ： 金融管理 湖 南 工 业 大 学 二 ○ 一 四 年 五 月 三 十 日 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 伴随着文化产业在我国如火如荼的发展，文化企业的融资问题越 来越受到广泛的关注。文化企业由于其自身的特性，以及我国金融业 的发展尚且不健全等等问题，造成其在我国目前难以获得发展所需的 资金。一方面，文化产业在我国迅速壮大，国家在政策上当前给予了 巨大的支持；另一方面，文化企业作为文化产业中的主体力量，其融 资问题亟待解决。基于此，对于作为目前文化企业融资最常用的方式 ——银行信贷模式的研究是及其有必要的。 本文的重点内容分为四个部分，第一部分介绍了文化企业和文化 企业融资的相关概念和特点。第二部分分析了当前我国文化企业通过 银行信贷融资的现状并且对当前我国文化企业信贷融资困难的原因 做了一个详细的分析。从文化企业自身、资本市场以及投融资体制三 个方面解释了造成文化企业信贷融资困难的原因。第三部分将文化企 业信贷融资模式中必须解决的两个关键性难题：文化企业无形资产评 估以及文化企业信用等级评价问题提出来进行具体分析并详细论述。 第四部分对文化企业信贷融资模式进行构建，设计出文化企业信贷融 资模式的基本框架，并且提出确保这种信贷融资模式顺利实现的建 议。 关键词:文化企业，银行，信贷融资，融资模式 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT Along with the cultural industry development in our country like a raging fire, the financing problems of cultural enterprises is drawing more and more attention. Cultural enterprises due to its own characteristics, as well as the development of Chinas financial industry is still not perfect and so on, the present is difficult to obtain the funds required for its development. On the one hand, the cultural industry in China is growing rapidly, the national policy for the given great support; on the other hand, cultural enterprises as the main force of the culture industry, the financing problem remain to be sorted out.
