Working Plan-Clean Stock Rule III: For high minimum order item: organize by city the ordering schedule to order the same day for all stores.( Inform M.U and the Supplier) For supplier under 60KM far from store increase the frequency of order and delivery.( instead of quantity delivery) Keep permernament implementation in the storage. Storage Layout Set Up Rules IV: Settle department refill area at the end of each rack (of each department) -Refill area should clean at the end of the day. -Refill in the morning , prepare the goods in refill area at evening by the evening team. Big rack for big volume item. Small rack with more shelves for small items. Example: Cosmetics, Bags, Small Appliance, Bazaar etc.) One item one place For the small items need 100% to be keep in carton with a big open window.
