Chinese and foreign scholars have made some useful theoretical researches and explorations in people’s modernization. In the meaning of people’s modernization , the characteristics of people’s modernization and the relationship of between social modernization and people’s modernization, they put forward some useful opinions. Throughout the Chinese modernization process,thus recall the success and failure during the word’s socialistic modernization process: modernization of human and social modernization is mutual constraints, people’s modernization and social modernization exist imbalancement. People’s modernization is the key to social modernization. Modernization of Chinese People has become a core issue in the process of modernization. In the current, the up-front of people’s modernization already has the necessary conditions in China. With the contemporary Chinese modernization, in the progress of ideas, ways of thinking renovation, the behavior way of innovation and lifestyle changes are making great achievements, but there are still some problems: the quality of people and ideas need to further improvement and mechanism for promoting the modernization of human remains to be innovative.
