第 35 卷 第 7 期 染 整 技 术 Vol.35 No.7 2013 年 7 月 Textile Dyeing and Finishing Journal Jul. 2013 我国染料工业发展概况 ( 待续 ) ——上海是我国染料工业的摇篮 陈荣圻 （上海纺织职大，上海　200060） 摘 要　1933 年上海民族企业家集资创业生产出我国第一只染料—硫化元，1958 年经研究开发生产出我国第一 只活性染料，以后又投产了全国第一批分散染料，首次生产出最新的分散型和迁移型阳离子染料和直接混纺 D 型染料，并与国内著名染料厂同时研发生产了技术难度高的还原染料和其他染料。最近 15 年，我国染料工业得 到了很大发展，染料产量约占世界总产量 50% 左右，成为染料大国。基本上可以满足国内需求和出口需要。当 前任务是如何提高绿色工艺技术和产品，增加科技投入，创新开发新产品，缩小与西方国家著名染料企业的差距， 从“染料大国”过渡到“染料强国”。 关键词　染料工业；发展过程 中图分类号：TS 193.21 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-9350(2013)07-0007-08 Development situation of dye industry in china（to be continued） ——Shanghai is the cradle of china dye industry CHEN Rong-qi （Shanghai Textile Worker University, Shanghai 200060, China） Abstract In 1933, the first dye sulfur black was produced by national entrepreneurs in shanghai. Then in 1958, the first reactive dye was produced after research and development. Latter, the first batch of dispersant dyes in China were put into production. The newest dispersive and migrating types of cationic dyes and direct blended D-dyes were also first generated. Vat dyes and other dyes with complicated technology were expanded by dye factories in Shanghai and other domestic famous factories simultaneously. In recent 15 years, China dye industry has been vigorously developed with dye production accounting for about 50% of world production.
