CUTTING AREA裁床 INTRODUCTION/简介- Having a well organized and controlled cutting area helps a factory to begin the first step in manufacturing process to deliver quality cutting provided proper training and guidance is available. 一个管理有序的裁床是工厂生产过程中提供有品质保证裁片的好开始，因此，我们要提供培训和工作指引。 During evaluation and regular visits, the following must be observed 在工厂评估和日常视察中，要注意观察一下要点- COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT / 规章审查要求– Ensure that all safety measures are in place around the cutting floor. This includes, emergency exit doors (minimum 2 doors per floor), emergency lights over the doors and evacuation markings on floor, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, fresh drinking water and washrooms. 要确保整个裁床的安全措施到位。这包括：紧急出口（每层楼至少有两个门），门上方有应急灯，地上有走火标志，灭火器，救急箱，干净的可饮用水和洗手间。 MUST HAVE PROCEDURES FOR CUTTING / 裁床必须有的程序- 1 Illumination over cutting tables should be between 100 and 120 foot candle or1000 and 1200 LUX Day Light or Cool White Fluorescent (DL or CWF). Proper lighting provides easy visual identification of defects on cutting table while spreading fabric and cutting. 裁桌上方的照明要达到 100-120FCL或者1000-1200LUX，是日光灯或者冷白荧光灯。充足的光线，便于拉布或者裁剪过程中发现布疵。 2 A preventive maintenance program must be in place for all cutting equipments. This includes replacement of tapered knives, belts for manual cutting machine and rubber pads and blades for automatic cutting machines on a routine basis. 所有裁具的预防维护程序必须到位。这包括下列东西的定期更换：锥形裁刀，人工裁床的带子，自动裁床的塑料护具和刀片。 Ensure that if manual cutting is done, blade length is used based on thickness of fabric lay.
