摘 要 喷砂泵是以液压系统为动力源，使含有固体颗粒的液体产生高压从而换为高速，这种含有固体颗粒的高速水流喷射到铸件等物体上，会清除这些物体上的异物。达到清洁铸件的目的。液压喷砂泵是在深入分析，研究现有各类浆体泵机理的基础上开发的一种原理全新的浆体泵。他即可以作为喷砂清洁工具泵，又可以作为浆体输送泵。该泵的另一个特点在于效率较高。一般效率高达80%—85%，无任何的油损耗。它的运行费用低、能够连续喷砂。无流量死点，而且控制方式有自动和手动两种，操作简单、维修方便，故障诊断、排除容易，整机噪声低，且没有环境污染清洁铸件上的异物是液压喷砂泵的主要功能。但作为喷砂泵也同样能实现浆体的远距离运输，这种多功能得用途是喷砂泵具有很高的经济价值。从目前的国内发展和进步的情况固体颗粒的运输具有很大的发展前景，现在已研制出的有水隔离泵，矿浆泵，油隔离泵，油压隔离泵，其主要特征是，一个密封腔体内用隔离物，很显然喷砂泵也有上述特征。]。 关键词： 隔离Abstract The spray-sand pump is a new pump.
