中国对外直接投资的内在机理及未来演变研究 摘 要：随着经济全球化程度的不断加深、GDP的增长和经济结构的升级，中国经济发展进入了一个新的阶段，对外直接投资对中国经济健康、持续发展的促进作用日益突出。加入WTO，标志着中国对外直接投资进入一个新的发展阶段。近年来中国对外投资高速增长、规模扩大、大项目增多、主体多元化和监管放松，中国对外投资理念和立场转变，使中国对外直接投资提速。既有对外产业布局的考量，亦有通过调整资产结构，利用对外直接投资绕开国外的贸易保护壁垒，将中国的外汇储备资源进行跨国直接投资，从而推动中国对外贸易的发展。不断发展中国对外直接投资对中国经济发展具有积极作用。 关键词：对外直接投资；经济发展；对外贸易 Chinas foreign direct investment in the future evolution of the internal mechanism and research Abstract: Along with the deepening of economic globalization、the growth of Chinas GDP and optimization of industry structure, the development of Chinas economy comes into a new stage. And at the same time, foreign direct investment from China (China FDI) plays a more and more significant role in promoting a healthy and sustainable growth of Chinas economy. Joining the WTO, Chinas foreign direct investment marks a new stage of development. In recent years, rapid growth of Chinas foreign investment, scale, large projects have increased, the main diversity and regulatory relaxation, Chinas foreign investment philosophy and positions change, so that speed of Chinas foreign direct investment. Both the external industrial layout considerations, there are by adjusting the asset structure, the use of foreign direct investment to circumvent foreign trade protection barriers, will be our countrys foreign exchange reserves resources for cross-border direct investment, thereby promoting the development of Chinas foreign trade. The continuous development of Chinas foreign direct investment on Chinas economic development has a positive effect. Key words: Foreign Direct Investment(FDI); Economic Development; Trade 引言 改革开放之初，中国由于资本、技术、人才等要素短缺，而积极吸引外资，借以提高技术、管理水平，以“引进来”为主。中国企业对引进的技术等加以吸收、改进和创新，逐步形成了自己特有的优势，有实力主动进行对外直接投资。中国加入WT0后，国内市场上国内外企业的竞争日趋激烈在世界经济全球化一体化和国际产业结构调整的背景下，面对激烈的国际竞争，各国都不能只依靠自己的能力发展,必须积极发展对外直接投资，增强国际竞争意识，积极“走出去”，开拓国际市场和利用国外资源,才能在国际竞争中占据有利地位。因此，面对全球化的挑战中国也要加快对外直接投资促进产业结构调整保护出口市场提高中国的国际竞争力在国际竞争中掌握主动权。在当前经济全球化和新经济发展所带来的良好机遇下，在政府的大力支持与企业的共同努力下，中国对外直接投资将具有广阔的发展前景，将推动国民经济发
